Class Policies Class Payment Payment is required at time of registration to reserve your place. Call in reservations will be held with a credit card. Cancellation Our instructors have adjusted their schedules and committed the time for your class. If an instructor needs to cancel a class, you will be given the opportunity to choose another class or receive a full refund of your fee payment. Class space is limited. Payment is now required to register for classes. You may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel 72 hours prior to your workshop. Materials Classes also require that the student purchase or bring supplies. A supply list will be supplied upon request, 48 hours prior to class, if payment has been received. Once a supply list has been provided, a class can be changed for an alternate date, however there are no refunds on the class. Your materials are not included in the class fee unless noted in the class description. This allows you to choose according to your personal preferences and budget. Classes begin promptly at the designated time, so it is best to arrive at least 1/2 hour before the scheduled class to give yourself time to make your selections of materials. Tools We encourage students to purchase or bring their own tools for classes. However, we do have basic tools to loan out to students for use in class. We also have tools available for purchase.
