This class is a must if you like working with metal and are ready to open yourself up to a whole new world in making jewelry. Riveting is the process of joining two objects together without soldering. Along with the 'found' pieces you come up with, you can use your imagination along with pieces of sheet metal, assortment of metal blanks, findings, scrapbooking supplies and anything else you wander across. In this class you'll learn a variety of metal working techniques including stamping, texturizing, and using hole punch pliers. We'll be doing several different types of rivets including wire, nail head, crimp tube rivets and hex nuts.
